Welcome to InPursuit Physiotherapy ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our website ("Site") and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Site and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our Site or services.
Description of Services
InPursuit Physiotherapy provides virtual physiotherapy services to residents of Nova Scotia, Canada. Our services are conducted via video and/or audio calls and other online communication methods.
Eligibility
You must be a resident of Nova Scotia to use our services. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian book the appointment and be present during all sessions. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. All physiotherapists reserve the right to assess whether a person has the capacity to provide consent to physiotherapy care.
Medical Emergencies
Our virtual physiotherapy services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Our services are designed for non-emergency physiotherapy needs only.
User Responsibilities
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any illegal activities, transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or use our services in a way that could harm our business or other users.
Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically present in Nova Scotia when receiving our services. The clinic is not responsible if you mislead or attempt to mislead a physiotherapist into providing online physiotherapy services in a province where they are not registered.
Distribution of Materials: You agree not to record and/or distribute in any part any appointments without prior written authorization from InPursuit Physiotherapy. You also agree not to upload, post, or make available in any way any material that infringes on any trademark or copyright.
Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be booked through our Site. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
Consent Form: After booking an initial appointment, you will be sent a consent form via email. This must be completed prior to receiving physiotherapy services. If you wish to review this form prior to booking an appointment, please [click here].
Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee.
Fees and Payment
Appointment Fees: Fees for our services are clearly listed on our Site. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payment: Payment is required prior to receiving our services. We accept major credit cards and bill directly to some private insurance companies as indicated on our Site.
Insurance: It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for virtual physiotherapy services.
Additional Fees: You are solely responsible for any data charges that may be associated with using our physiotherapy services.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Our Site and services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, InPursuit Physiotherapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or loss of data suffered or some other intangible loss
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InPursuit Physiotherapy, it’s affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs that arise from your access to or use of the Site and services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Connectivity: InPursuit Physiotherapy shall not be liable for any delays, poor connections, or other technical issues experienced while accessing our site and services.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and information provided by third parties. These links and information are provided for your convenience only. InPursuit Physiotherapy does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites or the accuracy of third-party information.
